Cruiser Year Gets off to a Bright Start

First Cruiser Races

Saturday 28-Apr-18 saw the first of the cruiser races, and four boats competed in the pleasant sunshine and brisk wind. The wind forecast was for light air but a sea breeze came in and enhanced the conditions. Sheila Fitzgerald’s Eaglewing of Down made her debut and performed very nicely indeed.
The NHC Early Season scores after two races are as follows:
1st Chris Zammit, Arrested, 4 points
2nd Tim Gibbons, Warrior, 4 points
3rd Chris Cassidy, Sula, 5 points
4th Sheila Fitzgerald, Eaglewing, 7 points
